"2025 is a crucial year for China to advance its dual carbon goals and the final year of the 14th Five-Year Plan,and China's chemical fiber industry is in the core stage of green transformation and upgrading," pointed out Lv Jiabin,Vice President of China Chemical Fibers Association,in his address.The T2T Regeneration 3.0 enzymatic hydrolysis product launched by Zhongyuan Runsheng features mild conditions,efficient depolymerization and pure products.It not only provides a new green solution for waste textile regeneration,but also enriches China's technical approaches for the resource utilization of waste textiles,which is of great significance in promoting the sustainable development of the industry.

As the core highlight of this press conference the technical logic and industrial value of Zhongyuan Runsheng Recoyarns® T2T Regeneration 3.0 enzymatic hydrolysis product were deeply interpreted through reports by several guests Chen Yiren Vice President of Jiangsu Zhongyuan Runsheng Industrial Group Co., Ltd delivered a speech titled The Evolution of Recycled Polyester Products from Regeneration 1.0 to 3.0 and clearly sorted out the iteration context of the company's recycled polyester technology Regeneration 1.0 adopts 100% post-consumer recycled bottle flakes as raw materials featuring mature processes and low carbon costs Regeneration 2.0 expands raw materials to waste textiles uses physical processes to reduce energy consumption and has obtained GRS certification The newly launched Regeneration 3.0 takes waste textiles with high polyester content as raw materials and applies both enzymatic hydrolysis and chemical methods the former being environmentally friendly and efficient while the latter having a short process its products can be used for the production of high-grade filament and a functional 3.0PLUS series has also been derived fully realizing the closed-loop upgrade from waste clothes to new fibers

The implementation of technology cannot be achieved without industrial chain collaboration At the conference sharing sessions by two core partners further revealed the industrial support system for the T2T Regeneration 3.0 products Zhu Zhu Operations Director of Zhangjiagang Shanhesheng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd introduced that the company has built a closed-loop recycling ecosystem covering both pre-consumer and post-consumer textiles relying on online and offline integrated recycling and intelligent sorting production lines it realizes full-process traceability and full life cycle management from recycling to regeneration and adheres to clean production without chemical additives providing traceable high-quality recycled fiber raw materials for the industrial chain Xiang Kewei CEO of Nanjing Shuxin Technology Co., Ltd focused on enzymatic depolymerization of waste textiles as an enterprise with 10 years of accumulated experience in PET enzymatic depolymerization technology Nanjing Shuxin has established a technical reserve of more than 100 natural strains and over 200 plastic degrading enzyme libraries through intelligent modification of enzymes it can achieve efficient depolymerization of complex blended fabrics its recycled rPET indicators are comparable to virgin materials and have obtained GRS certification it plans to reach a monthly production capacity of over 100 tons in 2025 and achieve an annual output exceeding 30000 tons by 2027

At the press conference the industry milestone Enzymatic Recycled Polyester Industry Alliance was officially established Jiangsu Zhongyuan Runsheng joined hands with Shanghai Defulun New Materials Zhangjiagang Shanhesheng Nanjing Shuxin and Jiangsu Xinfang Technology Group to form an alliance aiming to promote the standardization scaling up and industrialization of enzymatic recycled polyester technology through upstream and downstream collaboration and build a more stable cooperative ecosystem for the circular economy of the textile industry

 

"The recycled products using enzymatic hydrolysis launched this time are the achievements of collaborative innovation across the industrial chain," Chen Yiren revealed in an interview with industry media Going forward Zhongyuan Runsheng will continue to focus deeply on recycled and differentiated polyester filament sectors promote the integration of T2T products with functional materials and develop new products closely based on customer needs Over the next three years the enterprise will increase investment in waste textile recycling advance the commissioning of chemical pilot production lines optimize the cost of T2T products and layout differentiated chips such as chemically recycled cationic low melting point and high shrinkage materials as well as bottle-to-bottle production It will also actively expand overseas markets and provide higher-quality recycled fiber solutions for global brand customers through technological innovation and global layout
